A descriptive study was conducted to scrutinize the practice of implementing Frog Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) as a teaching tool for Tamil language, by the teachers in a secondary school located in the district of Kajang. The world of internet technology now appears to be an essential tool for educating students. Thus, to make this as a practice among this century students, Education Ministry had stumbled upon VLE which can be accessed anywhere, anytime. Apart from students, teachers and parents are also have access to VLE with the provided facilities in order to keep an eye on students’ performance. The fundamental skills for the Tamil language such as speaking, writing, reading and listening are also tenable to boost through VLE. There were five teachers, ten students and ten parents that were involved in the study. A set of questionnaires comprising respondents’ demographics and their background knowledge of VLE was used as the instrument of this study. Moreover, a few interview sessions also had been executed in order to attain more data to invigorate the study. Analysis of the results disseminated that the implementation of VLE appears to be 50% among teachers, 70% of students and the usage of VLE is least in parents which were at 30%.
