Sokongan pentadbir dan faktor kemudahan mempengaruhi penggunaan ICT dalam pengurusan PdPc [Administrative support and facility factors affecting the use of ICT in teaching and learning management]

This study aims to examine the support of administrators and convenience factors in influencing the use of ICT in teaching and learning management. The design of this study is s qualitative method on six teachers randomly selected from six schools in Alor Gajah District. Qualitative data were collected through interviews on simple randomly selected respondents. These qualitative data were analysed thematically. The results of the study found that administrator support, and facilities influence the level of ICT use in teaching and learning management. Improvements need to be made on the existing facilities so that teachers can use them optimally. Administrator support is essential so that teachers can implicate ICT in their teaching and learning management. These findings contribute to the increased use of ICT in the management of teaching and learning by teachers successfully.
[Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sokongan pentadbir dan faktor kemudahan dalam mempengaruhi penggunaan ICT di dalam pengurusan PdPc. Reka bentuk kajian ini adalah kaedah kualitatif ke atas enam orang guru yang dipilih secara rawak dari enam buah sekolah di Daerah Alor Gajah. Data kualitatif dikumpul melalui temu bual ke atas responden yang dipilih secara rawak mudah. Data kualitatif ini dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil kajian mendapati sokongan pentadbir dan kemudahan mempengaruhi tahap penggunaan ICT dalam pengurusan PdPc. Penambahbaikan perlu dilakukan ke atas kemudahan yang sedia ada supaya guru-guru dapat menggunakannya secara optimum. Sokongan pentadbir penting supaya guru-guru dapat mengimplikasikan ICT dalam pengurusan PdPc mereka. Dapatan ini menyumbang kepada peningkatan penggunaan ICT dalam pengurusan PdPc oleh guru dengan jayanya.]
